End Game
I think its always important to have some kind of a plan when it comes to tackling a car build, and this goes for the bigger pictures of life too; but this isn’t that sort of blog and I’m no where near qualified to even go down that road. Carlos’s S13 has been another “feature in the making” for a while now, and for whatever reason I continue to surround myself with people that make good on their word – and a short year later here we are with this V8 swapped S13 that remained faithful to its import roots.

RGVPCA Auto-X
I always wanted Gear-Trends to not only post up features, but to also cover different types of Motorsport events. I finally made it a point to start attending some of these events and getting some coverage so people can see all aspects of racing that goes down here in the RGV. Now the majority of people here already know about drag racing, there are a select few that have gone up to several drift events, but in our own back yard we have an entirely different type of racing going on

The Road to ProAm
Sometimes planning things in advance don’t always pan out the way you hoped for, which is exactly what happened with a few of the shoots I had hoped to have setup for the Round 1 event. But when building a car to meet a deadline things can go either one of two ways, and unfortunately some of the cars I had booked weren’t able to make it to the event. Recently I heard these other cars are finishing up and I cant wait to get them up on here for you all to see, but fortunately for me there somehow is always a silver lining – maybe I’m just lucky? This is where Younis’s S13 stepped in to be a part of the Round 1 feature cars, I seriously need to make it to more of these!
